Hayden ensures all reports meet the NZS 4306:2005 Residential Property Standards. Reports are completed within hours of the site visit and are written in terms that are easy to understand. They include a simple summary and a traffic light “level of concern” rating system. Hayden sends reports electronically via an online link where clients can access the full details of their home inspection or test.

About Hayden

Through his 20 year career in joinery and construction, Hayden has worked on a range of projects from home cabinets to the interior fit outs of superyachts giving him a significant eye for detail. He also started and ran his own successful installation business for 5 years before moving his installation, operations and site management skills to other Waikato based joinery companies.

Hayden has relocated and significantly renovated 2 family dwellings, both very complicated projects providing him with hands on experience on weathertightness, understanding of the regulations and significant contacts in the building industry. He is easily able to relay and explain the details relating to any inspection or testing results.

Hayden is now stepping away from the tools and has decided to use his collective skills and knowledge as a building inspector and sampler.

From the office in Cambridge, Waikato, Hayden is able to service inspection and meth testing clients throughout the greater Waikato region, across the Coromandel Peninsula and up to Auckland.
